Share and synchronize folders.

ShareO lets you share and synchronize the personal folders of Microsoft Outlook with others in Outlook or ShareO. The folder sharing takes place in an email and an attached file which is sent to the user, and which is then automatically imported to the ShareO program which is installed in the PC.

ShareO is a good system to share email folders, even if users aren't connected on a local network. You can create shared work spaces, including the in-tray, sent objects, calendars, contacts, email addresses, notes or any other folder object in the disc. You can also add or delete users from the system easily, and also assign shared users according to different folder levels.
